Thank you for the mention, Ian. I agree with you particularly concerning creativity and "robust discussions". I have found that since switching to small group exercises at specific points in the strategic planning, my facilitations have become much more effective. It seems that creativity and new ways of thinking flourish better in groups of three or four.
